In Fuga, you can introduce different types of interactions with a customer: a consultation, a sale and a communication.
Stock
Fuga has a fully automated stock management, including interfaces with a large number of wholesalers.
Accounting
Fuga shows a useful overview of unpaid invoices and receipts, late payers and outstanding accounts.
Docu center
At different levels, you can add all sorts of documents. Lab results are automatically linked to the right consultation.
Vaccination reminder
Through the automated system for vaccination or other reminders you can let your customers know when they need to come back to consult.
Antibiotics registration
In Fuga you can easily register and keep track of your antibiotics and send them directly to Sanitel-Med, AB Register and MediRund.
Analysis
Fuga keeps statistics, reports and graphs, so that you can analyze all your practice’s aspects when it suits you.
Additional modules
myanimals.eu
The application myanimals.eu is a communication channel between your practice and your customers (the pet owners). On the one hand, the app improves the contact with your customers and, on the other hand, it reduces administrative work in your practice.
A pet owner can use myanimals.eu on his PC, tablet or smartphone and can:
- Make online appointments
- Consult and (partly) manage the medical files of their pets
- View the loyalty card
- Receive messages from their vet (reminder for vaccination/products)
- Order products
The main page of myanimals.eu is also a search page for people looking for a veterinarian. This page contains all practices that use Fuga and/or myanimals.eu. In this way your practice becomes more visible on the internet.
Symphony
Symphony is a system that collects results from various digital devices (digital radiography, ultrasound, CT, lab results, etc.) in your practice and sends them to Fuga in a standard format. The results are automatically placed in the correct file.
Symphony Imaging Pro
Symphony Imaging Pro is an extension of our Symphony module with additional image processing capabilities. This allows you to save and edit all your image data in original DICOM format. The module also supports DICOM worklists and there is an integration with DICOM viewer medDream.
Bookkeeping export
A sole proprietorship can do its complete accounting in Fuga: VAT declaration, list of VAT-obliged customers, ledger accounts, etc. For companies we can export the necessary data to the accounting package of your choice.
Concerto
Concerto is a system within Fuga with which you can jointly manage your practices as an organisation, group or chain. It is possible to create and manage products, actions, protocols, templates and care plans. In this way you can implement standardizations in the different databases.
