Fuga is sold based on monthly licenses and does not require installation. Fuga can be used on an unlimited number of devices at no additional cost. Also, Fuga can be used by an unlimited number of users.
Below you find the prices of the subscriptions. The prices of the subscriptions are per month, excl. VAT and they are valid for Belgium. For customers outside Belgium there is a supplement of 25%. We had to introduce this because our costs are higher for non-Belgian customers: demos, training, country-specific changes, etc.
An assistant account can not register consultations on his/her name and has no own agenda. Also, an assistant can not obtain admin permissions.
Every account includes 3GByte for storage of files. If the data storage volume exceeds 3 GByte per account, a monthly fee of € 1,00 per extra GByte will be accounted.

When you become a customer we organise a free training at your premises, to make sure you are off to a good start.
Additionally, in case you want to get extra support at your practice for assistance, you will pay 75 euro per hour. And travel time is also charged. For more information: firstname.lastname@example.org.
Each year Sonetas organises a customer meeting to present the new features of Fuga and to discuss with customers what the needs are and what the possible next steps are.
To provide a good permanent service, Fuga is also supported by a free help desk, both by email and by telephone. Emails are answered within 24 hours. In case of a technical breakdown, we can be reached by phone 24/7. This is completely included in the monthly subscription fee.
